Tutti Linens, LLC – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 10th, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all rental transactions between Tutti Linens, LLC (“Company”) and the customer (“Client”). By placing an order with Tutti Linens, LLC, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Rental Period
The standard rental period is three (3) days. All rentals must be returned on the first business day following the event. Extended rental periods may be available by prior written agreement. Late returns will incur a fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total order value per day. After five (5) days, items will be deemed lost and full replacement costs will apply.
2. Reservations and Payment
A fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit is required to reserve rental items and event dates. The remaining balance is due twenty-one (21) days prior to the event date. Orders placed within twenty-one (21) days of the event must be paid in full at booking and are non-refundable. Availability is not guaranteed until the required payment has been received.

If the Client has previously provided a payment card through the Goodshuffle system in connection with the applicable project or order, the Client authorizes Tutti Linens, LLC to charge that card for amounts that become due under this Agreement, including approved additions, additional shipping costs, replacement shipping materials, late fees, damage charges, missing item charges, and other applicable charges described herein, without requiring a separate Credit Card Authorization Form.
3. Delivery, Pickup, and Shipping
Tutti Linens, LLC offers delivery and pickup within Raleigh, NC for an additional fee. The Client is responsible for ensuring that an authorized representative is present at the designated delivery or pickup location. For shipped rentals, the Client is responsible for all shipping costs both ways and must return rental items using the original packaging and return materials provided by Tutti Linens, LLC unless otherwise instructed. If Tutti Linens, LLC is required to provide the Client with a replacement return shipping label, replacement return shipping bag, or other replacement return shipping materials, the Client will be responsible for the associated cost, including applicable shipping charges. Reusable return shipping bags provided by Tutti Linens, LLC remain the property of Tutti Linens, LLC and must be returned with the rental order. Any reusable return shipping bag that is lost, discarded, damaged beyond reuse, or otherwise not returned will result in a $100 replacement charge per bag. If an authorized card is on file through the Goodshuffle system, applicable replacement shipping material, label, bag, and related shipping charges may be charged to that card. Late return shipping will incur a daily charge of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total order value. Tutti Linens, LLC is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other events beyond its control.
4. Care of Rentals
The Client shall not launder, clean, or otherwise treat rental linens. Linens must be brushed free of debris and returned dry in the original packaging provided. Any attempt to launder, clean, spot-treat, or otherwise improperly treat rental linens may result in additional damage or replacement charges.
5. Damage Protection Fee
A Damage Protection Fee of eight percent (8%) of the total order will automatically be added to all rental invoices. This fee covers minor damages such as small, removable stains and normal wear and tear that occur during typical event use. Clients may choose to decline the Damage Protection Fee. By declining the Damage Protection Fee, the Client agrees to assume full financial responsibility for any damages, loss, or replacement costs incurred. If a payment card has been provided through the GoodShuffle system for the applicable project or order, the Client authorizes Tutti Linens, LLC to charge that card for applicable damage, loss, or replacement costs in accordance with this Agreement without requiring a separate Credit Card Authorization Form. If no authorized card is on file, Tutti Linens, LLC may require completion of a Credit Card Authorization Form.
6. Damage Beyond Repair and Replacement Fees
Damage that cannot be remedied through standard professional laundering shall be deemed “damage beyond repair.” Such damage includes, but is not limited to: candle wax, permanent or non-removable stains, mildew or mold, cuts, tears, holes, burns, and alterations including stapling, gluing, cutting, writing, or other permanent modifications. In the event of damage beyond repair, the Client shall be invoiced for a replacement fee equal to four (4) times the rental price of the affected item. The Client will also be invoiced for the full replacement cost, equal to four (4) times the rental price, for any missing items. Minor stains or normal wear that can reasonably be remedied through standard professional laundering are expected with ordinary event use and are not considered damage beyond repair.
7. Inspection Period
The Client must inspect all rental items immediately upon delivery or receipt and notify Tutti Linens, LLC of any defects, shortages, or issues within twenty-four (24) hours. Failure to notify Tutti Linens, LLC within this time frame shall constitute acceptance that all items were received in good condition.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days before the event will forfeit the deposit, which is non-refundable.Cancellations made less than twenty-one (21) days before the event will require payment of the full rental fee. Custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
9. Order Changes, Late Additions, and Custom Orders
Changes to orders may be made until 5:00 p.m. EST on the Final Confirmation Date, which is twenty-one (21) days prior to the event. Reductions in quantity after this date will not be permitted. Requests to add rental items within twenty-one (21) days of the event are subject to inventory availability and are not guaranteed. Once a late addition has been confirmed by Tutti Linens, LLC, the addition is final, non-refundable, and may not subsequently be reduced or canceled. Payment for additions made within twenty-one (21) days of the event is due immediately. If the Client has an authorized payment card on file through the Goodshuffle system, the Client authorizes Tutti Linens, LLC to charge that card immediately for the additional rental amount without requiring a separate Credit Card Authorization Form. If no authorized card is on file, payment for the addition must be received before the applicable order is shipped, delivered, or released for pickup. If additions are requested or confirmed after the Client’s original order has already been shipped, the Client is responsible for all additional shipping charges required to fulfill the addition. This includes, when applicable, expedited shipping, additional packaging, carrier fees, and other costs associated with sending a separate shipment. If an authorized card is on file through the Goodshuffle system, these additional rental and shipping charges may be charged immediately to that card. If no authorized card is on file, all additional rental and shipping charges must be paid in full before the additional shipment is released. Tutti Linens, LLC does not guarantee that late additions can be accommodated or that standard shipping methods will be sufficient for additions requested close to the event date.
Custom orders require final counts and full payment at the time of booking. Tutti Linens, LLC cannot guarantee the availability of custom fabrics beyond the date of quotation.
10. Liability
The Client assumes full responsibility for rental items from the time of delivery until items are returned to Tutti Linens, LLC or its authorized carrier. The Client shall not return rental property to any entity or person other than employees of Tutti Linens, LLC or a freight carrier authorized by Tutti Linens, LLC. Reasonable identification must be obtained prior to surrendering possession. Tutti Linens, LLC shall not be held liable for injury, damage, or loss caused by the use of rental items.
11. Security of Property
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all rental items are properly secured and protected from theft, weather exposure, loss, or damage at all times during the rental period. Failure to properly secure rental property may result in replacement or damage charges as outlined in Section 6.
12. Force Majeure
Tutti Linens, LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, shipping carrier delays or errors, strikes, accidents, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond the reasonable control of Tutti Linens, LLC.
13. Collection of Costs
In the event of non-payment, the Client shall be responsible for all reasonable costs of collection incurred by Tutti Linens, LLC, including attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection agency fees, in addition to any outstanding balances owed.
14. Photography, Videography, Content, and Promotion Release
The Client grants Tutti Linens, LLC permission to use photographs, videography, video footage, social media content, and other visual content depicting or featuring Tutti Linens, LLC products from the Client’s event for Tutti Linens, LLC’s marketing, advertising, social media, website, portfolio, editorial, promotional, and other business purposes, in any medium. This permission includes visual content commissioned, arranged, obtained, or paid for by the Client, to the extent the Client possesses the legal right or authority to grant such permission. The Client acknowledges that Tutti Linens, LLC will not owe the Client additional compensation, licensing fees, royalties, or other payment for Tutti Linens, LLC’s permitted use of such content. Where third-party permission is required from a photographer, videographer, content creator, or other rights holder, the Client agrees, upon reasonable request, to assist Tutti Linens, LLC in identifying the appropriate content creator or rights holder and facilitating any permission reasonably necessary for Tutti Linens, LLC’s use of the content. The Client further grants Tutti Linens, LLC permission to reference the Client’s event details in connection with such marketing and promotional use and waives any right to review or approve materials created by Tutti Linens, LLC using content for which Tutti Linens, LLC has the necessary usage rights.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
16. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Tutti Linens, LLC. No oral statements or prior agreements shall have any effect.
17. Mock-Up Linen Rental Policy
Mock-up linens are provided at a reduced rate and are intended strictly for design preview and sampling purposes. Any linen used beyond a mock-up setting, or returned with visible signs of food, beverage, or event use, will be reclassified as a standard rental. The full rental rate will be charged to the authorized card on file for each applicable item. If no authorized card is on file, the Client will be invoiced for the applicable amount.
18. Agreement and Authorization
By booking with Tutti Linens, LLC, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Client further acknowledges that failure to pay any invoiced rental fees, additional shipping costs, damages, replacement fees, late return charges, or other amounts due under this Agreement may result in collection efforts or legal action to recover the amounts owed. Where the Client has provided a payment card through the GoodShuffle system for the applicable project or order, the Client authorizes Tutti Linens, LLC to charge that card for amounts expressly permitted under these Terms & Conditions.
